The short version: we keep the email you give us and anonymous page counts, and nothing else. No cookies, no third-party trackers, no ad pixels, no selling data — and one email deletes everything.
What we collect
- Waitlist email. If you join the waitlist we store the address you typed, when you submitted it, and which of the two forms you used. We use it for exactly two messages: a welcome email, and one email when the first batch is ready. No newsletter, no drip sequence.
- Ad-click identifiers. If you arrived from an ad, the link may carry identifiers (such as Google’s gclid or utm tags). If you then join the waitlist, we store those alongside your signup so we know which ad worked. They are held in your browser tab only until you submit, and never follow you around.
- Anonymous page counts. We count page views in aggregate buckets of date, page, referring site, and country. There is no cookie, no visitor ID, no stored IP address, and no way to tell two visitors apart.
What we deliberately don’t do
- No cookies and no third-party analytics or advertising scripts on this site.
- No selling or sharing of personal information — with anyone, for anything.
- No profiles: nothing here identifies you across visits or across sites.
- This site is for parents. We never knowingly collect information from children.
Where it lives
The site and its data run on Cloudflare’s infrastructure (hosting, database, and email delivery), which processes it on our behalf. Emails you send us arrive in our own mailbox.
Your data, your call
Reply “remove” to any email from us, or write to hello@heycuby.com, and we’ll delete your address and anything attached to it. You can also ask what we hold about you — the honest answer will be: your email address, a timestamp, and possibly which ad brought you.
